EyePhone provides at-home vision testing tools for informational and educational purposes. The Service uses your device's camera and screen to estimate visual acuity and detect potential vision characteristics.

3. Medical Disclaimer

EyePhone is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Results are estimates for informational purposes only
  • The Service does not replace professional eye examinations
  • You should consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist for accurate vision assessment and any eye health concerns
  • Do not make decisions about eyewear prescriptions based solely on results from this Service
  • If you experience vision problems, eye pain, or other symptoms, seek professional medical attention immediately

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to save your test results. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

You acknowledge that vision testing results from the Service are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoseyLabs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
