EyePhone provides at-home vision screening tools for informational and educational purposes. The Service uses your device's camera and screen to estimate visual characteristics.

3. Medical Disclaimer

EyePhone is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Results are estimates for informational purposes only
  • The Service does not replace professional eye examinations
  • Consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist for accurate vision assessment
  • Do not make decisions about eyewear prescriptions based solely on this Service

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to save your results. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
